PRAGUE 120/p

After several successful events hosted in Åre, Åre Konferens & Event where once again entrusted with organizing Länsförsäkringars franchise convention, but this time in Prague.

We helped with project management, managing attendees, procurement and quality assurance leading up to- and during the event. The result was a three day event for 120 people from all across Sweden with a conference program, activities and communal dinners. We were also present as technical support during the conference to ensure a professional execution from beginning to end.

LÄNSFÖRSÄKRINGAR IN PRAGUE

"GLOBAL SKI & SURF CHALLENGE" 220/p ÅRE

Together with a large global company we helped arrange their annual ”Ski & Surf Challenge” competition.

The competition is a tradition within the company, going back many years, and the hosting responsibilities rotate between the national offices. This year the event came to Sweden and Åre from Switzerlands Zermatt. Åre Konferens & Event where brought on to help develop ideas and concepts for the program, procurement of activities and events, help with participant management and quality assurance and project management during the event itself.

The three day event hosted 220 guests from around the world with communal dinners, a pool party, a full day of ski competitions and the event was a roaring success, and Åre as a skiing destination strengthened its global ambassadorship.

GLOBAL SKI & SURF CHALLENGE

OCTAPHARMA 12/p ÅRE

Octapharma proves that business advantage can be created together with activation in an energy strengthening environment. The management team visited Åre for the fourth year in a row during a snow rich March in 2018, to combine a fully fleshed out conference schedule with communal living to strengthen the team spirit, right at the heart of the village. Meetings ”at home” were combined with activities such as cooking, skiing, snowmobile excursions and dogsledding.

In addition to project management and scheduling activities Åre Konferens & Event also secured table bookings at local restaurants and ensured that guests refrigerators where well stocked with food and drink according to their own preferences.
